Netmore Investment Case
Powerful ownership structure with a substantial financial background in real estate, digitization and infrastructure
The main owner and infrastructure investor Polar Structure together with the real estate digitization operator Buildroid (Vincero and Stronghold) create financial conditions for the large-scale rollout of networks intended to connect millions of IoT devices.
Active in a market driven by several global megatrends
IoT as a means of increased digitisation is driven by the pursuit of a resource-efficient society with increasing quality of life. Initiatives for climate-neutral operations, accelerating development of property technology and the emergence of smart buildings, cities and industries are forces that confirm Netmore’s choice of strategy.
Takes an operator role within IoT for utilities and real estate
With the help of IoT, society enters an era that demands networks that are built and adapted for the purpose of connecting millions of devices. This creates a need for a new type of role in the operator landscape, with Netmore taking a strong position as an enabler of energy-efficient real estate and large-scale IoT across Europe.
Business model based on recurring revenue streams
Netmore’s business model is based on accumulating successively growing recurring revenue streams that come from the subscription and service revenue that is emerging in the utilities, energy monitoring and track & trace segments.

The revenue model
Netmore’s revenue model is based on establishing recurring and gradually growing revenue streams with the aim of creating financial stability, predictability and strong momentum.
All the services, solutions and products that the company offers are developed with this in mind, which in addition to long-term customer relationships also results in an enhanced customer benefit, since the company’s offers and products can be purchased as a service that does not require any capital expenditure.
The recurring revenue that the company builds up over time is mainly channeled from the three business areas Utilities (measurement of water, gas, electricity and district heating), Energy Monitoring (energy efficiency of properties and industry) and Track & Trace (tracking).
Each connected meter and sensor generates ongoing monthly income for the business.

Netmore Polar Networks
In the jointly owned network company Netmore Polar Networks, Netmore and the infrastructure investor Polar Structure build networks adapted to connect millions of sensors. The long-term partnership includes several areas of cooperation, and Polar Structure’s own areas of operation will form a significant customer base for the jointly owned network company.
“ We at Polar Structure are proud to build nationwide IoT networks in Sweden together with Netmore. By being the owner, we will be a large customer of sensors, and also make sure to be involved in creating innovative and environmentally smart solutions for Nordic, and eventually, European infrastructure. The fact that we in Polar Structure share the ambition with Netmore to expand in Europe feels incredibly inspiring and in line with our business strategy
– Tobias Emanuelsson, CEO of Polar Structure
Buildroid
“Digitalization has long been part of our DNA, and the investment in Netmore is rooted in a consensus between Vincero and Stronghold that results in us taking a joint approach to what has the potential to become one of the most important and vital components of the digital ecosystem.
We know today that the players who have converted the fastest to being data-driven have gained an advanced position, and in this area Netmore is a powerful enabler. Property owners who own and control the connectivity of their properties will increase their competitiveness, and the same applies to a range of different industries.
Netmore’s position is further strengthened by the fact that the company has already taken a leading position within private and open 5G networks and LoRaWAN, which are two access technologies that complement each other well both technically and commercially as the new IoT landscape emerges.
Our intention as investors is that Buildroid and the parties that are part of the collaboration will use the technology we invest in, and over time become anchor customers for Netmore.
– Robin Rutili, CEO Vincero and co-owner Buildroid
